I just my start workout and I try Moderate instead of just easy and to be honest my legs and butt hurts from it doing my first exercise in my LIFE I give credit to everyone who can do it lol but I really feel good I don't feel lazy like I do usually yay!
I did it almost everyday. I take a rest one day in a week. A friend worries I could be sick of overtraining. But so long as you know your limit, it'll be fine.
its not necessary to do it every day. Listen to your body, take your time to recharge and relax. Don't do tomuch, it just hurts and you lose fun. For a beginner, just do 3-4 times a week and not too hard. Have patience, soon you will be in shape to increase!
