i feel so much pain doing squats... how can i change it?
Well that depends on the pain. They say technique is everything. Hopefully you are only referring to soreness.
Where do you feel the pain? In your muscles or in your joints? You should feel some "pain" in your muscles when youre working hard, but if you feel pain in your knees, hips, or ankles (or back!) you need to have someone check your form. Make sure your knees are pointing toward your toes, and DO NOT bend your knees past your toes, draw your hips back instead.
