Guys, I want to gain weight.. plz somebody suggest me the diet and workout accordingly...
I had the same problem, but I gained 10 kgs in half an year. I can't gain any fat, so I gained muscle mass by eating many carbs, much protein and doing strength workouts.
Make sure you eat plenty of fruit and veg too as without certain nutrients your body can't absorb certain things. Or I can chop off some of my access weight and give it to you with pleasure! Good luck!
