I'm eating right now, even i know that is too much. I go to the gym every day and i promise that from this meal i will stop eating at night and i will lose weight in a month.

Make sure you don't eat anything after 7pm.

I know, but i just can't hold it. It is just like my tummy screaming "eat this, oh, then this" :(

I'm the same way! I'll eat a small snack like a fruit or so. It's hard for most people not to eat anything after a certain time.

It is thats the problem, when i start to eat after 7pm, i just cant stop. ffffff

You should try to make a eating schedule. That helps me! You can't stop eating because your metabolism is high that's why.

My job requires me to do weird hours and im unable to keep a steady diet so what I do is I bring snacks and sandwhiches to work and when im at home and its late I eat bread or dry cereal
