I'm pretty new to working out and I'm looking for some guidance and support. I'm eat somewhat unhealthy, I eat a lot of sodium and I don't have good stamina when I workout. Any tips?
Keep trying to choose healthier snacks, when you crave chocolate grab an oatmeal bar, when you crave sweets grab fruit, its the littoe things that count!! You will see yourself changing your diet sooner then later! Also bring stress down when people crave foods with sodium they tend to be overthinking or stressed!
