Hey everyone, I tried a new move for core and butt its hard but feels pretty effective! Lay flat on stomach with elbows/forearms on ground too. Bend your knees so feet are in air and slowly lift thighs off ground. I did 3 sets of 10..tougher than it sounds have fun! heard it is good for cellulite so keeping fingers crossed!!
