F-ing tired, my legs and arms, hole body is stressed out from exercising, i cannot sleep, and i think i'm losing... not weight, ofc xD
What you need to do is try insomnia videos and get plenty of sleep if your body is stressed its because of mental and emotional stress not just exercise. Relax and do not work out 2 hours before bed
A couple of weeks and you wont have this as bad...your thinking about it so makes it worse and your body isnt used to it.
Its like starting a new job...seems hard for awhile then you steam on with it..you will get used to it if you stick with it...money is your motivation at work...your goals is your motivation with fitness
