Good job doing lots of cardio I guess, I'm the opposite I'm trying to gain keep hitting the gym u can reach your goal

Yea, a lot of cardio, but most i do exercises for abs on my stomach and legs :) only problem i have is that i cant control eating: (

You know the old saying you reap what you sow.  So if you keep sowing the seed of health and fitness you will reap the harvest of a fit and healthy body you can maximise the fullness of said harvest by the amount of work your willing to produce:)

I'm also looking for support from my fellow foodies! It's difficult for me to stay motivated & on track with my workout plans. My advice is to dig deep & think about that new fit body that you want! ;-)
