Its hard to start!

I currently weigh 163 lbs. My mind says 125 at least (because I'm short) but my body says couch I need motivation.
But how do I motivate myself????

I understand you because I have the same problem: motivate myself! But 3 days ago I started trainig after a long reflection and I said to me: "I want to lose weight so it's time to start!" Now I'm happy of my decision. Trust me. Do you have an achievement? So let's do it! Think at your body than a lot of exercises! You'll stay better.
