Hello, can anyone help me please I need to find some warm up and stretches before I wotk out but can't seem to find any. I also really want to work out but just cant seem to find the motivation and confidence to do it. All I want is to be more health and to be fit and tone. I don't know if the work out I have chosen are right for me. I want to do full body workout can any Please help me thanks :)

You need to be comfortable and find your calling. Like you want to look like a moviestar, or else. In my case, my dad passed away 2 months ago because of diabetes, and I need to have a healthy lifestyle to minimize the risk of getting diabetes.
