When is it best to work out? In the AM before work or late in the night 2 hours before bed? My gym is small and always packed so i never go there, except for at night and early morning. Just need to find the motivation to go

I've heard tht it's best to workout at 6pm because your body is at its "peak" just a friendly suggestion
The best time to work out is in the afternoon. By this time your muscles are already warmed up from the days activities and you are less likely to have an injury because of it. This doesn't mean it's the best time for you, because motivation plays an important factor in working out. Do what feels best with the knowledge of warming up your muscles before any strenuous exercise and NEVER stretch prior to working out.
