Their is Fitness Blender on Youtube. ( I use them all the time)
You can also look up work out routines you can do on your own. Google or you can make them up your self, just write how many reps you want to do on paper and go with it. If you feel you're pushing your self too hard then stop and take a breather. I really hope that helps. Oh, and eat clean. I have trouble with doing that. :)
Running is also a good activity to get into, cardio is amazing and will do great things with weightloss obviously. I run 3-4 miles every day.
