So, I'm new to this app but I feel it will be pretty successful.
I was curious as to how many workouts a day or how long of a period ya'll work out for. I used to follow my own workout routines, but I feel it will be much easier following the ones given on here especially with the handy scheduling. I'll be starting this Monday and I'm ready to get fit at drop 30-40 pounds! A little motivation or even a virtual workout pal would be amazing as well. Any help ladies? Thanks ya'll!

I think min of 30 mins is required to burn some calories... try to squeeze this time and u shd be able to get wat u want.. happy working out.

I just play it by how i feel day to day.  Something rather than nothing.  Yesterday it was around 1.5hrs. Typically when i an working i may only get 30 mins in around our routine with the kids.
