I just downloaded this app 2 days ago and I love, love, love it! :) I'm motivated to go , over and beyond what my goals are.
Any comments.. feedbacks.. does anyone recommend certain workouts? A favorite one that maybe I could try? I'm trying to get toned and in shape.. don't necessarily need to lose weight, but to gain more muscle.
