Depending on what you wanna tone you can find workouts in categories! If you wanna tone your arms, look for arm workouts and you'll find a list of options. If you wanna tone your whole body do one a day! for example, find a 40 min workout for abs on monday and then another long one on tuesday for legs! :) hope it helped
Wanna tone mostly my legs as i have signs of cellulite and it is driving me insane haha... Thanks for the tip x

Try yoga the best I've used is go get it yoga. It's hard at first but it's not over tiring . Works great already showing muscle in my legs after 3 days
Any easy yoga workouts you suggest pls?
