I've recently started to eat unhealthy food again, I just can't stop eating fatty snacks. Any idea how I can make myself stay away from / hate junk food?

Make snacks that are healthy but stop the cravings I like dark chocolate or take some light cool whip and put it in between some gram crackers and you have a healthy 100 Cal snack! And keep the junk food out of the house as much as possible. And think about your health every time you go to grab a fatty snack!

Don't buy those foods and don't keep them in your house otherwise train your mind to not go for those type of foods hope this helps :)
