Strong to workout...weak to sweets
I have been working out 3-4x a wonderful for about 1mon but every blue moon I give in to my weakness...SWEETS. Anyone else have trouble breaking that one bad habit 100%
The past week has just been horrible! I can't stop myself from eating ice cream or chips. I got some good advice from someone on here and I'll share it with you; Try to get rid of all the junk food in your house and try to substitute unhealthy food with fruits and veggies!
I have replaced most of the snacks but my kids wont let men get rid of everything lol...I brought a bunch of fruits and veggies this weekend. Wish me luck
Sweets are an Achilles for most of us. I have to say moderation doesn't work for me. I have to avoid them altogether.
