Super sore, should I still go to the gym?
Yesterday was my first day back at the gym and, obviously, I'm pretty sore. I really want to make a habit of it, but I'm worried of over working myself. And I don't have the option of going tomorrow. Should I wait or just suck it up and go tonight?

Take a day of rest, your muscles can't grow without some rest. Just go for a long walk
