I do okay during the day on my diet but then I wake up around 1-4 am and eat. How do I stop? I don't want it to effect my weightloss

Balance the amount of calories you take at night with the amount of workout you do.. You can have a look on my topic of dieting and loosing weight..

Thatcher hapens to me too so i tried to stand late at night so i will be Very taired at night and i fall in sleep and dont wake up ontil at 10 :) it really helps meĀ

Put a picture of yourslelf on your bedroom door and look at this when you get up to go and eat.
