Is cycling an effective work out? I try to ride my bike 4 times a week for 35 minutes around 9 mph. I'm not sure if it's working. I've been doing this for a bit, but I don't feel any difference.

Try with more time, and more often, but there are more effective workouts, but ride around the block its relaxing
