MY SECOND DAY OF THIS APP... Cant do more than 30mins though :(

Ok...work with that until it gets easier and then try 45 min, about a week or two.:-)

30 min it's plenty. More important is to do it regularly. If you put the bar too high and overdo it, you'll feel constantly tired and you more likely to loose motivation. Exercise, apart from fitness and health benefits should also be a relaxing and pleasurable time for you.

I'll repeat what's been said, 30 minutes is plenty for a workout especially if you really push yourself. I personally only exceed 30 min if I'm walking.

You will get there trust me when I started I couldn't even do the 2min plank challenge now I rock it plus some. Don't give up. If it doesn't burn/hurt you arent working to gain anything.  Just know your limits. Good luck
