I'm new on this app, and I just wanted to know, for those of you that have been using this app for a while now, how long did it take you until you started seeing results? Thank you(:

Well, that is on you, and the workouts yo do. The results may be seeing in month and a half or two. But you will feel great in a week or two

It depends on what type of results you're looking for and where you're at right now. Either way you need to lose body fat and gain muscle. I've been practicing yoga and body weight training for a month now. (my own regiment, not from this app) It just feels amazing.

A good workout followed by cardio and good nutrition to compliment your regiment will work wonders. You can see the results in weeks.

Ultimately it boils down to your intentions and will power. Respect your body and don't give in. If you doubt yourself...you're done for. So believe :)
