Any suggestions to get a flat stomach and abs fast ?

I am thin, but I have quite a loose stomach and want to strenghten it. Advice anyone ?

If you have belly fat...then high intensity cardio or HIIT is your best bet. But it's very intense. So if you're a beginner I suggest doing about 15-20 seconds of intense cardio like jumping squats or booking at maximum gear with a minute rest. Do about 5-6 sets. You'll gradually be able to extend your cardio bursts and reduce your interval duration.

Eat clean and workout your ab's as much you can I workout 2 times a day and all was add ab's into it

For like a week I have been doing crunches and sit-ups and now started to do some reasearch.

Do a complete core workout. Abs, obliques, lower back and butt.  Strengthening your entire core area will make your stomach even tighter.
