so I just started this work out again. Did a few sessions. And feeling good. Just my only problem is that I should have just waiting for the morning cause now I'm not sleepy. Haha

Haha...but sleep is when your body synthesizes your proteins to build new muscle. So better get some shut eye and wake up to a stronger you :) And besides you'll just get cranky if you don't ;)

Lol that is true.  But I'm trying.  Laying in darkness waiting for my body to relax and get tired. Haha
