Abs and arms!
Any body up for abs and arms ? Need motivation between work and uni!
Airbike and leg raises are supposed to be best 2 for abs in a study I read recently...sit ups was high up there as well...funny enough they came up higher than machine abs routines!
For arms I like to do piramid up in weight and back down to failure...I dont know why but I hate bicep work and this way gets me through it.
