Been swimming the past 2 days
Ok well I been swimming the past 2 days and I am feeling really good. Swimming, doing a few extra work out in btw, eating less, and getting enough hrs of sleep. I know it's only been 2 days but..... I feel more energy during my day AND more motivated since I started this app!!!! I been trying a lot of other stuff to try and lose weight but didn't last. So hopefully I stick through with this this time.
