Motivation and Help

I am currently getting used to working, while helping my mom take care of my brother, and just seems I have no motivation unless I have someone guiding or at least encouraging me to workout. I am 17 (almost 18) 5'9 and 135. Im not really looking to lose much weight maybe 10lbs to be 125 but mainly just want to tone up and start living a better and healthier lifestyle. If you think you could help reply here

Make a planner on days that you want to workout. Find a good time during the day that suits you. For the first couple weeks start off slow and build it up moderately afterwards. You'll start to notice that working out will give you confidence, a better night sleep, and you'll feel more active/alive. Once you experience that, it'll be just the motivational start you need.
