I'm looking to make my own workouts instead of finding them on YouTube. Any girls wanna help me make my own workouts so I can stay on track and do them? Let me know and I'll add you on Kik.

I'm a personal trainer and I love to come up with workouts all the time it's really fun to practice them in your house or garage outside or wherever you have room and then hurry up and write them down and once you have it written down you can type them up and then put them in a little journal like I do it makes it a lot easier and more fun because you can do it at your own pace as well
