I'm 85kg (I don't know what it is in pounds etc) I'm a male,16. I tend to get motivated for the first day or so when I want to workout but then I tell myself that I'll do it later etc and I know I need to exercise since I sit on the computer all day and eat junk food. I hope someone can keep me at least a bit on track by getting me motivated or reminding me.
Sleep more...quit junk food and eat healthy foods not feuit and salads hut grilled chicken breasts or steaks. ..remove fats and skin...sleep more and start planning a routine of days and time you want to excersise just like you have at school...and stick to it..you will waste the first steps of your life...I know this from painful experience. ..its now or never do or die moment...Every race starts with the first steps! Oh and sleep more! 7 plus hours in one go
