To avoid missing diarized daily workouts did 3 sets in one day.i dont like feeling guilty! Reasons-did my set worout thursday morning, did my dance fitness class thursday evening 1hr non-stop, wasnt feeling quite myself friday, stl had to do my dance fitness class 1hr non-stop, saturday night I got busy wi them all.back on track now!
