Soo I tend to feel very sick during my workouts for some reason. Like a headache, dizzy, and feel like im gonna throw up. Im not sure why because I eat healthy and drink plenty water. Any suggestions as to why this happens?

I was told it's "ok" jus rest a little then go again

It could be number of reasons. Low blood sugar, irregular blood pressure, diabetes...

In any case your brain is not getting enough blood. I STRONGLY suggest you consult a doctor before working out again. Don't hurt yourself.

After a couple weeks of working out this happened to me. I kept it up and now it doesn't happen. Could justbe the body adjusting.

It's because you're asking too much of yourself, even if u don't feel like it. It happened to me because I was too skinny and my body couldn't resist working out hard. I recommend you to take it easy at first and give your body time to adjust to what you do. Hope it helps :-)

What kind of water are you drinking and when? Do you eat before or during your workout?

Do you workout after getting up?

Do you breathe right during your workout?

It can be just low Hb(haemoglobin)..haemoglobin transfers oxygen to the cell tissues.. If its decreased, one feels easily exausted, dizziness and headache.... Does ur nail appear white or very light pink?..  Thats a very nice and easy way to know ur Hb status..  If its white or very light pink then u could have anaemia (low haemoglobin)..  U can go for ur blood test...  Can also be other causes..  So plz see a doctor if u can...  For any other queries do ask...  And dont forget to follow me for more..  :)
