I'm interested in loosing weight needs to be motivated or like a personal buddy SHOUTING DON'T EAT THIS DON'T EAT THAT' I love flour think that's one of my biggest flour #islandgirl

Hi! I think I can help you out! I need someone to motivate me just as much as I motivate them. I recently had a baby and I find any and every excuse not to workout in my free time lol.

I'm going to gym every month n can't reach lol or I'm not eating flour from today then I'm right back at it

DON'T EAT THAT! Lol. Have you tried whole wheat unbleached flour? Bleached white flour turns directly into sugar which obviously isn't healthy lol. As for the gym how often do you go and what do you do.

Have faith in yourself and slowly change your eating and exercise habits. Be proud of every time u work out and slowly increase time. Ppl on here helped make it a routine part of my life. You can do it!
