How to get rid of back fat?

Diet and doing total core workouts including your abs, obliques, lower back and butt.  I have similar issue but with the love handles. They've gotten smaller, more like "let's just be friends" handles. But they're very stubborn, lol.

I'm in the same boat as you are. Annoying handles won't go away. Theyre small. I feeling sawing them off. ...But I won't. Let me know if you come across something that is effective specifically against love handles. Meanwhile I'll just reduce them atom by atom.

You cant burn fat from specific areas. .you body stored it randomly and it will burt it randomly!

Doing workouts in that area of the body will tone or build up the muscle in that area not burn its fat!

When you workout the muscles stretches out and gives the illusion like its decreased but when the muscle relaxs it will look the same as before until you tone up or build up again!
