If my muscles are super super sore should I workout or no

It all depends are ALL of your muscles sore? Being sore is a good sign because it shows working out is working. For example if your upper body is sore you can still workout your legs or if its your legs that are sore then you can do your upper body.

I wouldn't. But maybe you could try some stretches or yoga to help you relax the soreness.

I still work out when I am sore but I put on icyhot first
