Wat to do, where to start?😜

I made some of my own, since I have bad knees. I try to do them as often as I can. There is one called beginners workout, I believe.

Start slow,  casual. Then work up and built on it. Whatever you think you can manage. The good thing is your mind is set on it or you wouldn't be here 😜.... Best of luck to you!

I am a beginer too so i think you must workout five or seven times a week because if you workout less tahan that you will forget about wokrking pu :-) you dont need to do intense exercises .. it is enough that you do some yoga workouts for start and then go to some intese exercises
