I am going to Navy boot camp in March and I want to be in shape by then. I never work out. Any tips or workout I should do to help get in shape? I am a girl and underweight. I need as much help as I can do. I mainly only do casual workouts because the moderate are too much for me

You're gonna need those moderate workouts for boot camp so may as well start now or struggle later

First off congratulations!  You'll wanna do a lot push ups, sit ups, flutter kicks, diamond push ups... Running!!! Try to get used to running a couple of miles. Also see if you can find some kettle ball routines on this site, those will help get you in boot camp shape. Good luck!

When should I stop working out for the day? How much is enough?

That's gonna depend on how intense you workout but typically 45-60 minutes is sufficient
