I am going to Navy boot camp in March and I want to be in shape by then. I never work out. Any tips or workout I should do to help get in shape? I am a girl and underweight. I need as much help as I can do. I mainly only do casual workouts because the moderate are too much for me
First off congratulations! You'll wanna do a lot push ups, sit ups, flutter kicks, diamond push ups... Running!!! Try to get used to running a couple of miles. Also see if you can find some kettle ball routines on this site, those will help get you in boot camp shape. Good luck!
