Need help to stay motivated

I have been trying for months to keep myself on track with working out and eating healthy. I continue to stay on track for a few weeks and then my motivation is gone. I need help with keeping my head in the game, but I dont know how. I could really need some help :$

It's okay to have a cheat day one a week. Don't deprive yourself of something good to eat. Don't overindulge and just watch your portion sizes. When you're having a big piece of chocolate cake or too many cookies just thinking how much extra time that is on cardio. Having somebody close to hold you accountable is also good. Write your goals out and stick them on your bathroom mirror so you see them everyday

I feel the same way.  I am kicking myself in the ass because my wedding reception is in less than 3 months and I totally dropped the ball.  I'll be lucky if I can lose anything with no motivation! :(
