Going to run 15 miles a week&do some weight lifting.
Trying to lose 10 pounds.
who wants to do this with mee?

Dont get mad if at first u gain weight muscle is heavier than fat so be careful

Second what robyn said...and add scales are a waste of time..muscle to fat ratio scales are not accurate....let the mirror be your guide!

Yeah, you might not lose 10 pounds that easily with the weight lifting.
