I really want to loose weight pls what should i do.
Eat healthy, do sports, take the stairs, drink water, no softdrinks, less carbohydrates. Your question is a bit generic, maybe ask a bit specific
Count calories and slowly cut back. Chug a cup of water 10 to you 15 minutes before each meal( it will make you fuller faster) and give it time. Only weigh yourself one maybe two times a week and always at the same time of day :) best of luck.
