Motivation

I'm only 21 and I weigh 219 lbs now. I've been trying so hard to lose weight but I have no type of motivation at all. Everytime I do say I'm going to get up and work out and eat right. It never seems to happen cause I go right back into old habits all over again. I just don't know what to do anymore. It hurts me a lot that I weigh as much as I do this is the biggest I have ever been in my life. I'm just tired of being the fat girl. I just need help.

Your living in a day dream...one day your going to die on that death bed your going to think what did I do with my life....you fill in the rest! Get up get out and get fighting for your life! Set a goal of how you wabt to be...start taking steps towards that goal...make 1 hour of your day routine...it just 1 little hour from your day it never changes stick to that hour!

It starts with u. U have to find will power to change ur diet.  Ur diet is key. Start off small. Eat more fruit and veg. And whole grain cereals and bread. And LOADS of water
