30 lbs down, 30 to go... need motivation/advice!
Started at 220 in December, now im finally around 190. I was stuck between 205-200 for a while (a month or two), now I seem to keep stuck at 195-190. Does anyone have any motivational advice on how to beat these plateaus?
Remeber tht great things take time. And everytime you workout more is one step closer to achieving ur goal . luck
