30 lbs down, 30 to go... need motivation/advice!

Started at 220 in December, now im finally around 190. I was stuck between 205-200 for a while (a month or two), now I seem to keep stuck at 195-190. Does anyone have any motivational advice on how to beat these plateaus?

Dont loose heart dear.it is normal phenomenon during weight loss.you did a great job.Nothing is impossible.

You can do it!!  This is great app to find variety of workouts on. Just don't give up and maintain discipline and you will definitely hit your goal. Good Luck : )
