If you lack motivation; here are some things you can do to achieve your goal: 1. Take a weekly picture of your body.
2. Make a test on how many push ups, crunches, pull ups, running etc you can do. Do this each month
3. Use this forum to look for help and advice.
4. Provide your experience with the rest of the community
5. Follow many people so they can help you stay motivated and you can motivate them too. You guys can add me for any help, if you have any other ideas for motivation please share them.
