Hye.. Im still new in using this apps.. Im 19 years old.. My height is 163cm.. N my weight is 59kg..n my bmi is normal.. Bcoz of i hav a pear shape body.. The lower part makes me look very big.. So My goal is to lose a bit of weight and tone up my muscle and mybe have a sixpacks and mybe make my butt smaller... So i need someone that can give me some advise about workouts that suitable for me ^^..

Hey ... I work out 5 days in week in regular basis. ... am 178 hight 65 wight I can give some advices on how u can get 6 packs holla at me if u want to
