Upper body workout that won't cause breast shrinkage? Also need knowlegable workout buddy.

Any upper body workouts that won't skrink my breast size? I fluctuate from DD to C and I don't want to go below that. Also looking for active member who does body building and is dedicated.

Upper body workouts does not decrease your breast size. It's most likely flucturations in bodyfat :)

Definitely a body fat thing. I just went up when I gained weight and I went back down. You can actually do chest exercises to build the muscles in your upper chest and under your breast for much better look.

Okay thank you, I felt it was always any exercises that I did in upper body..ESP chest flies that decreased the boobage. How can I retain body fat??

You have to eat food. The more food you eat the more fat you have.

Oh and you don't have a High metabolism. You have a low appetite so you think you eat more Then you do.
