Getting some stamima, gaining muscles and burn fat. But not too much fat :D

To get & stay Fit a fun Way.
I'm Learning how to Do Routines by adding Exercises as a Dance Move . Think it's working because I Am breaking into sweat & I am sore . I'll see if I get Real Results . If not it's still Fun and I always wanted to know How to Breakdance.!
