So my results in just 7 days
Weight: -4.5 lbs
Body fat: -4 lbs
BMI: -0.8
Waist: -2.5 inches
Biceps: + 0.5 Inches
Thighs: - 1.5 Inches

These are my results in JUST the last 7 days can u imagine. None of my jeans fit me. Now husk me what did I do and what didn't I do ... inbox me here to help
