Is it possible to see even the slightest results if I've been working out for less then a week?

To me my stomach looks a bit smaller and feels a bit harder.

So i was wondering if you think its just my mind playing tricks on me or am I really seeing results?

its embarrassing but im 225 and my goal is 135. At least by this time next year.

First you want to fitness not to build muscles.
Second you should follow a diet.
Third i want you to walk every day 15 mins.
Fourth don't give up.

Lol I ask myself the same question. I think u end up losing weight by 2 to 4 weeks where u are sure u got thinner. Small changes in muscles appear by a month. But thats on me..its definitely possible uv lost fat.

It is possible for you to see some results during the first couple of days/weeks. It's likely that your food intake has been less than the calories you've been burning during your workout. Your body also uses up the calories that you're eating for energy instead of storing it all in fatty deposits..that's how exercise increases your metabolism. So just continue with the workouts and over time you will lose more weight. At some point it will slow down though as your body starts adjusting but you have to push through and keep at it. Well done so far and wish you all the best on your fitness journey :)
