So, within the past year I have gained what feels like a ton of weight. I work constantly so I'm sure it is mostly coming from my "fast meals" and not dedicating enough time to actually working out. However, I realize I need the change. I struggle constantly with finding something in my closet to wear that looks cute and is comfortable (but also fits properly) and ultimately as I stated before I'm miserable. Where is a good place to start that both my girlfriend and myself would follow through?
