Ah well since I got this app a while back (last year) I haven't really used it much, I still am trying to lose a bit of weight (CW is 155.5lbs, GW is my original 135.5), also trying to tone. I feel as if I'm not motivated and procrastinate a bit much. Help? Tips? Advice? Thank you.

Get angry with yourself for letting yourself have a goal and your stopping yourself from achiving it lofe is short and even more when your dont think about just do it and dont stop doing cause your life does depend on it :-)

Maybe you could find a friend that would work out with you and yall could keep each other motivated. I have the same problem with motivation and procrastinating.
