Do you ever have one of those days where you just DO NOT feel like working out? (I know, stupid question right....it happens to us all) But instead you push through the feeling and go anyways? I get such a feeling of satisfaction when I'm done! My body feels better, my mind is more clear and the overall sense of accomplishment just gives me this natural high and a pep in my step.
I'm enjoying reading all the great inspirational posts and look forward to posting more myself.
